For two weeks of training on the road and dh bikes. Re focused and psyched. Cant wait to be home to this.
right now its 415 in the morning here in Vienna, pulling an all nighter to try and be able to sleep on the plane. Been on facebook all day, super cool right?...not at all. Well, freshly sick, I am out.
RIP Ronnie James Dio
Dio died of cancer yesterday, just for the record Cuck Fancer. Seriously, if there is one thing I want to see in my life its that disease gone. Livestrong, Jim Brown we're all pulling for you.

not trying to get all mushy on you, but seriously this thing blows.
Much Love
This last weekend was first round of the World Cup circuit in Maribor Slovenia. Arrived here on Thursday and previewed the course, ish wasssss sooo sick. The track was gnarly. Gnarliest I have ever ridden in fact, but much like the NW, except the roots were slicker. As I found out in the first practice run, tried hooking up an inside line on some off camber roots and banana peeled straight to my right hand. Broke my pointer finger, which also happens to be my rear brake finger. Whatever though, it was still ride-able so kept pinning it. Started raining on the morning of qualifying and I was psyched, finally got my first full run in and cleaned the sketchy rock garden smooth, back to back twice. Then it started raining harder, fog rolled in. Couldn't see 30 feet from the start gate. It was so sick! Total epic stereotypical World Cup conditions, wet, muddy and miserable. Dropped in and off the first jump instantly regretted scrapping the goggles, so muddy couldn't see any track changes or roots. Pushed through and got to the sketchy wood huck in the upper woods, cleaned it, sketchy but clean and then missed my line into the next corner, kept going. Had a solid run from there down, clean rocks, clean roots, clean ruts. Just a lot of little mistakes and poor confidence. Wasn't sure how fast I could go so ended up off the back a ways. Didnt qualify but a bunch of really fast guys didnt so I could be a lot more bummed. Right now I am just stoked I got the opportunity to be here and learn so much from this experience, once again a shout-out to my Mom and Dad and all my sponsors who are supporting me and believing in me. Corsair Bikes, Atomlab, Marzocchi Suspension, Kali Protectives, Lizard Skins, SDG USA, E13 and Obtainium Performance Products. Right now I am relaxin in Vienna for a couple days before I fly home. Then its time to really get some training in, gotta get back up to speed for Round 2 at Fort William Scotland. Round 2 will be a different story, now I know what to expect. Its on now.
Another good song to leave ya'll with,
Sea Tac Sitting, waiting for a flight to London then on to Vienna for World Cup #1 in Maribor Slovenia. Just enough time to say we are back. but YO! we are back. Its official I get to live the dream this year. Full World Cup schedule. Traveling to Slovenia, Austria, Switzerland, Italia, New York and hopefully MSA Quebec this year if all goes well. Thanks to the support of Corsair Bikes, Atomlab, SDG Components, E13 Components, Kali Protectives, Lizard Skins, GoHuckYourself.com and Obtainium Performance Products. Without these companies and the people behind them I would not have been able to do anything. Big thanks also to my Mom and Dad and Grandparents as well as Greg Norman for getting me to where I am at. Anyways, that was my thank you spiel now on to fun stuff. Just got back from Guatemala and Sea Otter had an awesome race in Guat, placed 20th at the Pan Am games, very stoked. At sea otter I had a less than great race but thats behind me and now I am ready for the races that matter. From now on I will be updating this site regularly with updates from the WC tour.
Sea Otter, at least I got a cool photo.
Guatemala, best race of my life so far.
Prom is next week right after I get home, pretty psyched on that. Get to listen to a ton of "bro" music much like this...
all in all though this is the real ish. describes the current situation.
